Why Trainwork exists
Almost every company has given its people access to AI. Far fewer have made their people good at using it, and those are different problems with different solutions. Buying a licence is a purchase. Becoming skilled is a practice. The bottleneck to getting value out of AI at work is not compute or tooling, it is education, and education is the part almost nobody has actually built for.
Trainwork exists to close that specific gap, for the people most training ignores: not engineers and not data teams, but the person in operations with a spreadsheet, the manager writing the hard email, the teacher with ninety pieces of feedback to give tonight.
What happens to your work
Learners practise on real work, so this matters more here than it would on a course site. Work stays private to the company it belongs to, it is encrypted in transit and at rest, it is never sold, and it is never used to train AI models. Deletion is supported on request. Read the security page for the detail, and the privacy policy for what is collected and how long it is kept.
What Trainwork does not claim
Training is a category full of numbers nobody can check. Here is what we have not proven, stated before anyone has to ask.
- We are not accredited, and we do not award continuing education or professional development hours. The Fluency Certificate is a credential Trainwork issues and publicly verifies, nothing more.
- We have not published a study of Trainwork learners. The research cited on this site is about AI and AI training in general, and every figure links to its primary source.
- We do not publish customer names, logos or testimonials, because we do not have permission to. When a customer is willing to go on record, it will say so here with their name on it.
- We are not a chatbot vendor and we do not sell an AI tool. Trainwork teaches people to use the tools they already have.
