What Trainwork teaches.

Every learner gets 6 core skills and 9 electives chosen for their role, which is 15 skills at 3 coached conversations each. Below is the full catalog those 9 electives are drawn from, with the title of every conversation in it.

Nobody trades these away. They are the skills that decide whether AI is useful to a person at all, and the one that stops someone pasting something they should not have. Each is mapped to a competency in the U.S. Department of Labor AI literacy framework, published February 2026.

The conversations themselves. A title tells you what a session is about; it cannot do the thing the session does, which is make you practice on your own work and push back when the answer is thin. The coaching, the worked examples and the feedback are the product, and they stay in it.
