For schools and districts

Trainwork trains staff. When a school or district buys Trainwork, the learners are teachers, administrators, and other adult employees. No student accounts exist, no student records are collected, and no student personally identifiable information is processed. Because we hold no education records, FERPA's vendor obligations are not triggered by the product's design, and COPPA does not apply: there are no users under 18.

Nothing a staff member types is ever used to train AI models, ours or Anthropic's. We advise staff not to include real student names or records in practice conversations; conversation content is retained for at most 12 months and full deletion is available to your district on request at any time. We are happy to review your state's student-data-privacy requirements and your district's data-privacy agreement with you.

We store standard B2B employee data such as name, email, job role, learning activity, and notes. We do not process financial, health, or government data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
