We come to you.
A coach in your office for a morning or a day, teaching your team to use AI on their own work. Everyone in the room gets a seat, so the practice keeps going after we leave.

We work on your documents, not ours.
Nobody sits through slides. Everyone brings a laptop and one real thing they wrote last week, and by the first break they have redone it with the coach at their shoulder. The examples are your emails, your reports and your customers, not ours.

One-on-one coaching, in person.
This one is for an owner or a team lead: ninety minutes at your own desk with a coach, working on your calendar and your files, for the questions you would rather not ask in front of your team. Bring whatever is on your desk. A single session is $350 with your seat included, or you can book four sessions, one a week for a month, and leave with your own playbook at the end.
Book a session
Everyone leaves with a seat.
The day ends, but the practice does not. Everyone who was in the room keeps the same coach on their own laptop, with 15 skills, 45 coached conversations, and a certificate at the end. There is no subscription and nothing to renew.
See the coachTwo skills, chosen for your team, taught on your own work.
There is no fixed syllabus. Before the day we pick the two skills your team needs most from the fifteen the coach teaches, and every exercise uses something a person in the room actually has to write.
See how the day runsChosen for you
We pick two skills from fifteen, for your team.
On a short call before the day, we look at what your team writes and where the hours go, and choose the two skills that will pay back first. There is no fixed syllabus.
Your own work
Every exercise is something you actually have to write.
Nobody works on made-up examples. Everyone brings one real thing from last week, and the coach teaches on your emails, your reports and your customers.
The lessons
The same fifteen skills the coach teaches in the app.
Email, writing, summarizing, meetings, data, judgment and the rest. We teach the two that fit your team in the room, and everyone keeps the other thirteen in their seat.
In the room
The coach walks the room, not the slides.
While everyone works, the coach sits with each person in turn and fixes the draft with them. The questions you would not ask in front of a group get asked at your shoulder.
Checking it
You learn to check the AI, not just use it.
Every skill comes with the habit of checking: where the AI guessed, what to verify, and when not to trust it. It is taught on your draft, not in the abstract.
We plan it by email, and everyone gets a seat early
You tell us which two skills your team needs most, or send a few real examples and we pick them with you. Seats go out a week early, so people arrive having already tried one conversation with the coach.
The first skill, practiced on something real
Once the coffee is poured and the laptops are open, everyone takes an email or a report they actually have to write and does it properly with AI while the coach walks the room.
The second skill, then the job your team wants to hand off
On a full day, the last hour goes to the one job your team most wants to hand off, and you leave with a working prompt or a plan for something bigger.
The practice keeps going
Everyone who was in the room keeps 15 skills and 45 conversations on their own laptop, for good, and the manager can see who is practicing.
Four ways to book a workshop.
Every format is a fixed price, paid once, and includes a seat for everyone in the room. The seats never expire.
$2,000 up to 15 people, 3.5 hours
We teach two skills on your real documents and inboxes, and everyone in the room gets a seat.
$3,500 up to 30 people, 6 hours
We teach four skills, and the last hour goes to the one job your team most wants off its plate. Everyone in the room gets a seat.
$350 90 minutes, in person
This one is for an owner or a team lead: ninety minutes at your desk, on your calendar and your files, for the questions you would rather not ask in front of your team. A seat is included.
$1,200 one a week for a month
There is homework between sessions, and at the end you leave with your own playbook, written in your words.
- Every day is done on your real documents and inboxes, never on ours
- Every person in the room gets a $99 seat, with 22 skills, 45 conversations and the certificate
- Travel is at cost past 100 miles, and if you have more than 30 people, ask us and we will split the day
For comparison, corporate AI workshops elsewhere often run $6,000 to $15,000 a day, and nobody leaves with software.
Pick a day and we will take it from there.
Tell us what you want, when, and where to reply. A person will answer within one business day with dates that work.

Questions people ask before they book
Just a laptop and one real thing they wrote last week, like an email, a report or a proposal. The whole day happens on your own work, not on examples we made up. If your company uses ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini already, that is what we use. If it does not, we set everyone up on the free version in the first ten minutes.
