Terms of Service

By accessing or using Trainwork ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Trainwork provides an AI-powered training platform for business teams. This includes access to coached practice conversations, an AI tutor, a prompt enhancer, a saved prompt library, and manager analytics. The platform is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Upon purchase, you receive an employee code and a manager code. You are responsible for keeping these codes confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. Do not share codes beyond your licensed seat count. Each seat is licensed to one individual. Trainwork is a workplace product: seats may be issued only to adults (18 or older) acting in a professional capacity, and the purchasing organization is responsible for ensuring this.

• Trainwork is sold as a one-time license fee, charged in full immediately upon purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Team licenses are $99 per employee. Individual (Solo) licenses are $99 for one person.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Because there is nothing recurring, there is nothing to cancel. License fees are non-refundable once access codes have been issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. A change in price never affects a license you have already bought.

You agree not to:

• Share access codes beyond your licensed seat count
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content
• Reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to access non-public APIs
• Use the AI tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Impersonate Trainwork or its employees

All platform content, including conversation scripts, prompts, cheat sheets, and AI coach and tutor responses, is the property of Trainwork. You may use content for internal training purposes only. You may not reproduce or resell it.

Your notes, practice responses, and AI conversations remain yours.

Completion certificates are issued to individual learners upon finishing all 45 practice conversations. Certificates are non-transferable. Trainwork reserves the right to revoke certificates issued in error or obtained fraudulently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

The platform is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify AI outputs before acting on them.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or other conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may stop using the platform at any time; because your license is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify customers by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
