Terms of Service

By accessing or using Trainwork ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Trainwork provides an AI-powered training platform for business teams. This includes access to training modules, an AI tutor, a prompt enhancer, resource library, and manager analytics. The platform is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Upon purchase, you receive an employee code and a manager code. You are responsible for keeping these codes confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. Do not share codes beyond your licensed seat count. Each seat is licensed to one individual.

• The one-time license fee is charged immediately upon purchase.
• Monthly platform access fees begin on day 31 and recur monthly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Share access codes beyond your licensed seat count
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content
• Reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to access non-public APIs
• Use the AI tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Impersonate Trainwork or its employees

All platform content — including module text, card designs, prompts, cheat sheets, and AI tutor responses — is the property of Trainwork. You may use content for internal training purposes only. You may not reproduce or resell it.

Your notes, activity responses, and AI tutor conversations remain yours.

Completion certificates are issued to individual learners upon finishing all 10 modules. Certificates are non-transferable. Trainwork reserves the right to revoke certificates issued in error or obtained fraudulently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

The platform is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify AI outputs before acting on them.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify active subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
